  1. Application form for the Certificate of Equivalence of studies graduated abroad Romania (Ministry of Education), please fill in document A “Application for recognition of studies for enrollment to undergraduate studies” for undergraduate programs and both documents A and B „Application for recognition of studies for enrollment to master, DPPD” for master programs - required document
  2. Baccalaureate Diploma or Equivalent Document: - required document
    1. The copy in case the studies diploma is in Romanian/ English/ French/Spanish/ Italian;
    2. The certified translation (in original) in Romanian and its copy - if the documents are issued in other languages
    3. The documents issued in Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus will have the Hague Convention Apostille
  3. Transcripts of the high school grades: - required document
    1. The copy in case the studies diploma is in Romanian/ English/ French/Spanish/ Italian;
    2. The certified translation (in original) in Romanian and its copy - if the documents are issued in other languages

  4. Bachelor's Diploma (only for Master's academic programs)

  13. Certificate of English Proficiency Certificate, B2 level as appropriate or English exam at DCCU (see the Admission Calendar) - only for academic programs taught in English
    The candidates who cannot provide a certificate of language proficiency will write a statement certifying that they agree with being examined online by a faculty commission on July 30, 2022, (for the first admission session), on September 25, 2022, (for the second admission session), respectively. There is not any fee for the examination
  14. Certificate of Romanian Proficiency Certificate, B1 level (only for academic programs taught in Romanian), C1 level (only for program of pedagogical training for teachers), or exam at DCCU (see the Admission Calendar)

FEES for EU candidates
  • Registration fee(not refundable) for DCCU's bachelor's or master's programs: 100 RON (or the equivalent EURO conversion)
  • Registration fee for the Preparatory Year of Romanian Language for Foreign Citizens: 50 EURO (not refundable) or the equivalent RON fee
  • Tuition fee: 600-950 EURO year (check the list of the academic programs on the admission website)
  • Payments can be made at the University cash desk or in the following accounts:

    • EURO Account: RO 19 BRDE 410S V314 7011 4100, SWIFTCODE BRDEROBU
  • Please make sure the following information is stipulated in the transaction details: name and surname of the candidate and the academicprogram, failing which the payment isnot accepted.
  • Please be aware of any transaction fees the bank in your country might charge, as they must be paid additionally!
Tuition fee refund
  • The tuition fee will be refunded if the student visa is refused or under exceptional circumstances.
  • Documents needed for tuition fee refund:
    • proof of visa denial
    • student's written demand addressed to the university's top management
    • account details (official document issued by the bank of the student's account)
  • When the refund is transferred to a tertiary person's account, that person must have The power of attorney (in original) and its certified translation into Romanian.
