If you cannot access your admission account:
  • check if the password is correct and written with the right type of characters (lowercase - UPPERCASE)
  • disable mobile data and connect to wireless internet (if available)
  • use the browser's desktop mode (if available)
  • send an email to suport@cantemircluj.ro describing the problem and possibly attaching a printscreen

Before registering, make sure you have the following documents in electronic format (scanned or photographed):
  1. Completed registration application - can be downloaded here
  2. Application for the issuance of letter of acceptance to studies - can be downloaded here
  3. Baccalaureate Diploma or Equivalent Document:
    • Original in case the studies diploma is in Romanian/English/French;
    • The certified translation in Romanian - original - if the documents are issued in other languages;
    • The documents issued in Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus will have the Hague Convention Apostille.
  4. Transcripts of the high school grades:
    • Original in case the studies diploma is in Romanian/English/French;
    • The certified translation in Romanian - original - if the documents are issued in other languages;
    • The documents issued in Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus will have the Hague Convention Apostille.
  5. Identification Document regarding nationality of a Member State of the European Union/European Economic Area/ Swiss Confederation - original;
  6. National Identification document providing the holder's permanent residence - original;
  7. Passport (pages 1-4) - original
  8. Birth Certificate:
    • Original in case the document is in Romanian/English/French;
    • The certified translation in Romanian - original - if the documents are issued in other languages;
  9. Marriage Certificate / Name change certificate (if applicable):
    • Original in case the document is in Romanian/English/French;
    • The certified translation in Romanian - original - if the documents are issued in other languages;
  10. Medical certificate with the mention “suitable for studies”:
    • Original in case the document is in Romanian/English/French;
    • The certified translation in Romanian - original - if the documents are issued in other languages;
  11. Receipt of the enrolment fee (original).
Files can be JPG, PNG or PDF, with a maximum size of 5 MB.
Admission file
  The complete content of the admission file must be submitted in original, to the secretariat, by the date 26.09.2025 12:00. Its contents can be consulted here.

  • Registration fee (non-refundable) for bachelor's or master's programs: 150 lei
  • The registration fee can be paid at
    • University cashier (L-V 10:00 - 18:00)
    • in the account RO02 BRDE 410S V218 5969 4100 opened at BRD Bank.
    • in the account RO58 RNCB 0074 0292 1376 0001 opened at BCR Bank.
  • Please make sure that the transaction details include: the name from the birth certificate, the first name, and, in abbreviated form, the name of the faculty and program.
  • Please inquire about any transaction fees your bank may charge, as these must be paid additionally !
